OBJECT OF THE INVENTION
It is the object of the present invention, as the title of the invention establishes, a sliding door hardware with anti-derailment means, that is, refers to a piece or hardware or carriage whose function is to guarantee a smooth and safe movement of these, where it also has means to prevent the derailment of the door.
Characterizes the present invention the special configuration and design presented by the hardware object of the invention so that the assembly of the door on the guide in which it runs is carried out thanks to said hardware that has a piece that prevents derailment of the door, being possible to leave locked and release the position of the anti-derailment piece.
Therefore, the present invention is circumscribed within the scope of the sliding doors, and in particular, between the doors provided with means to prevent the exit of the anchor or hardware of the guide or its derailment.
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
Different solutions are known in the state of the art to prevent the derailment of the sliding doors of the gmas from which they hang, such as those described in the following patents:
- DE 202005007687U1, in this patent the hardware has a rotating part as an elongated flange provided with an end or tongue that depending on its position allows the removal of the sliding door of the guide.
- ES1079507U where a sliding door hardware is described where the derailment blocking means consists of a flange that describes a curved movement so that the end of the flange is positioned above the turning wheel and interposed between the wheel and the top of the guide.

All the previously disclosed embodiments are complex in terms of their execution and fabrication, in addition to the means of fixing the piece in the locked position they have are complicated in terms of its design and manufacturing.
Therefore, it is the object of the present invention to develop a sliding door hardware with anti-derailment means that overcomes the drawbacks described by developing a hardware such as the one described below and is reflected in its essentiality in the first revindication.
DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
The object of the present invention is a sliding door hardware with anti-derailment means, that is to say, it has a piece to prevent the exit of the wheel or spindle from blocking the door of the guide through which it runs.
The hardware comprises a support piece with two wings, a first wing for fixing to the sliding door and a second wing in which the roller or turning wheel is fixed, both wings being joined at its upper end by a horizontal surface in the one that fixes the derailment blocking piece.
Said derailment blocking part in a first embodiment comprises an eccentric part so that in a certain position part of the wheel emerges from the horizontal surface by the wing on which the sheave or turning wheel is mounted positioned between the sheave and the GMA wing preventing derailment.
In a second embodiment, the derailment blocking piece is a centered turning piece and irregular profile, presenting a straight edge area so that it is aligned with the edge of the horizontal surface of the wing on which the sheave is mounted. way that does not cover said sheave, which allows the extraction of the gma; also, it has a protruding area so that positioned in a certain way it emerges outside the edge of the horizontal surface in order to block the exit of the GMA sheave.

In both forms of realization of the derailment blocking piece, it is possible to provide them with means for fixing the position, consisting of a projection or nipple that emerges under the lower face of the blocking piece and that is housed in a cleft or recess made on the upper surface of the hardware support, so that correct positioning of the locking piece is ensured.
Unless otherwise indicated, all the technical and scientific elements used herein have the meaning that the normal expert in the art to which this invention belongs belongs to. In the practice of the present invention procedures and materials similar or equivalent to those described herein can be used.

For those skilled in the art, other objects, advantages and characteristics of the invention will be derived partly from the description and partly from the practice of the invention.
EXPLANATION OF THE FIGURES
To complement the description that is being made and in order to help a better understanding of the characteristics of the invention, in accordance with a preferred example of practical realization thereof, a set of drawings is accompanied as an integral part of said description. where, with an illustrative and non-limiting nature, the following has been represented.
In Figure 1, we can see a representation in side view of the hardware assembly in the derailment blocking position.
In Figure 2, we can see a top view in which the anti-derailment piece is removed.

In view of the figures, a preferred embodiment of the proposed invention is described below.
In figure 1 we can see how the sliding door hardware with non-slip means, comprises an inverted U-shaped support (1) that has a first wing (2) for fixing to a sliding door, and a second wing (3 ) facing the first and preferably of shorter length than the first wing, which is used for fixing and mounting a roller (5) or rotating wheel, both wings (1) and (2) being joined at its upper end by a horizontal section (4) on which a piece for derailment blocking is fixed.
In a first preferred embodiment, but not limiting the derailment blocking part, it is an eccentric part (6), as can be seen better in Figures 2 and 3, that is, the piece rotates with respect to an axis ( 9) placed in a non-eccentric manner, so that when turned manually, one end (6.1) may be protruding from the horizontal surface (4) in order to remain under the wing (8) of the guide (7) and thus prevent the derailment of the sliding door, as can be seen in figures 1 and 3.
In Figures 4 and 5 a second embodiment of the piece for the derailment block is shown, which is a center-axis piece (10) (13) and has a straight profile edge (12) so that it is positioned the part (10) with the straight profile edge aligned with the wing (3) on which the sheave (5) is mounted allows the disassembly and exit of the sliding guide door, while when manually arranged so that part of the piece (10) protrudes from the horizontal section (4) blocks the derailment of the sliding door.
In addition and in order to be able to fix the position of the locking piece (10) in a certain position there is a teton or projection (11) that housed in clefts made under the wing (8) of the guide (7) allows fixing of said locking piece (10) either in a blocking position or in a position that allows the sliding door to be removed from the guide. This prevents positions of the unwanted locking piece (10).
The lugs or projections (11) shown for the center-turned part (10) are applicable to the eccentric part (6) as well.
Describing sufficiently the nature of the present invention, as well as the manner in which it is put into practice, it is stated that, within its essentiality, it may be carried out in other embodiments that differ in detail from that indicated by title. as an example, and to which it will also achieve the protection sought, provided that it does not alter, change or modify its fundamental principle.
